You will notice that I favour this being exactly
the same as "SS{S. Smith}" Phantom.

Therefore as far as I can judge your LeC.2529.
is the best, but possibly in going over it again you can
finesse some little gains. I should favour LeC. 2527.
length of boss so that head joint can be made with box key
on all studs as you suggest (much better practice.)

I cannot see why the same head will not do for new carburetter-
underfed pipe - i.e. LeC.2531. (or with/R's sketch which
we hope to have ready soon-) and why your underfed present
carburetter should not be tried.
