FOR THE ATTENTION OF MR. CHANDLER.

Dear Sirs,

We thank you for your letter of the 23rd instant, and would say that we have changed over all Clutches which we have built up here, from Brown Springs to the Black Spring, at the poundage mentioned in our previous letter, and you may rest assured that no more deliveries will be made, fitted with the Brown Spring.

OK

With regard to the query in your last paragraph as to whether we have yet been able to determine the extent of settling of a spring which is continuously under load, we hope to be able to give you some information on this point in the course of a few days.

Yours faithfully,

BORG & BECK COMPANY LTD.
