Dear Daniell,

I anticipate that when you got back to the Factory on Wednesday and unloaded the mass of propellor shafts from the back of your car, you may have been slightly confused as to what to do with them.

All these shafts have developed periods during service and on each shaft will be found a label showing the number of miles at which this period developed. In all cases, the fitting of a new shaft cures the period, which occurs at 47 to 55 m.p.h. and at 70 m.p.h. and over.

Yours sincerely,

Signed in Mr. Robotham's absence.
