Dear Sirs,

20 HP. & 40/50 TYRES.

With further reference to your letter of August 25th, we have pleasure in sending herewith a graph which will, we think, meet your requirements in respect of the above matter.

Tyres of the 'Fort' Silent type were used for the test and it will be seen from the curves that at 80 m.p.h. an increase of 10 m/m in the effective radius of the 7.00-20, and an increase of 8 m/m in the effective radius of the 6.00-19 was obtained. Both tyres were inflated to 35 lbs/sq.in. for this test.

Measurements were made of the tyre under its scheduled load, as well as running light and confirmatory figures were obtained.

Yours faithfully,
FOR DUNLOP RUBBER CO.,LTD.,
J G Parsons
