To BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} from E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} c. to Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} X.4240 GOSHAWK RADIATOR SUSPENSION X.4240. On the Goshawk at WW. Mr. Royce noticed that the radiator is being carried by the rubber strip on top of the front cross member and is not standing on its own feet at all. This was not intended - the rubber filling piece should not be so bulky that it carries any weight, its function being merely to stop up the gap between the radiator and the cross member.
