It has become necessary to tighten up the procedure concerning the payment for Lunches taken in the Directors' Dining Room. In future, the tickets on which people sign for lunches will be abolished: instead a book will be kept in the Dining Room which every Official must sign after every meal. The top of the page should be signed by all officials lunching without guests, and they will be charged for these lunches. The bottom half of the page should be signed by staff who bring guests and the number of guests must be shown.
