Querying an invoice for a Phantom III Radiator Matrix repair and clarifying details with a previous order.

We have an invoice from John Marston Ltd., dated 23rd. ulto, on which we are charged £1/10/- for repairing as necessary - 1 Phantom III Radiator Matrix N.O.M.

If this invoice is correct for payment, will you please give Roy {Sir Henry Royce} the necessary instructions to have an order issued.

We have a memo Rm {William Robotham - Chief Engineer} /Std.8/AP.25.11.36, instructing for an order to be issued for repairs to 1 - Phantom III Oil Cooler, but according to this memo, the Cooler was left with John Marston Ltd., by our representative, whereas the Radiator Matrix now charged for by this firm was taken to them for repairs by our Carters, Messrs. Mansfield & Dawson Ltd.,
