The Champion Sparking Plug Co.Ltd.,
Feltham,
MIDDLESEX.

For the attention of H.W. Irving Esq.

Dear Sirs,

Thank you for the two miniature plugs also for the tickets for Donington, I saw a very good race.

We are experimenting with higher compression ratios on the Phantom III engine and are running into preignition troubles. Can you supply us with 2 doz. plugs of the same reach as the NA{Mr Nadin}8, but cooler running. If possible we should like one dozen a stage cooler, than the other. We will send a covering order as soon as we have the details.

Yours faithfully,

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LTD.
