With reference to your memo WCR/CP8/O 121213, re water in front steering pivots, this I am afraid, is due to the too free use of the hose pipe about the steering pivots. Although special attention is given in the design to avoid water entering into these bearings, I am afraid this arrangement does not prevent water entering into same when forced in. I think this is a point which Mr. Day will also report upon. I should like to know whether this is confirmed and also what he says about the matter. EP.{G.
