(1) Disconnect the petrol pipe from the float chamber. (2) Take nuts off front petrol pipe bracket. (3) Remove unions from float chamber cover. (4) Undo nuts holding float chamber cover and remove covers. (5) Remove tap mixture control pin on front carburetter. (6) Slacken off nut holding float chamber to carburetter on rear carburetter. (7) Remove drain pipe from rear carburetter; i.e. nuts on cylinder and screws on crank chamber. (8) Elongate the hole in undershield .125" to allow for double pipes. (9) Fit new carburetter float covers. (10) Thread new pipe in from front end, afterwards tighten up rear float chamber. (11) Place banjos in position on float chamber and fasten up. (12) Fit unions in float chambers. (13) Re-fit petrol pipes and bracket. (14) Fasten drain pipes to cylinders and crankcase. (15) Replace control pin on front carburetter.
