RR 238 (150 BKS.) (OB 461-8-12-24) MP 306975 ROLLS-ROYCE LTD. INSTRUCTIONS. To ___________ 19__ Order No. ___________ Customer's No. 2 Other main brush positions give cutting-in speeds of from 805 to 840 rpm, peak outputs of from 13.3 to 14.0 amperes and 4000 rpm outputs of from 6.5 to 7.7 amperes. The performance generally goes a good way to meeting our present requirements, the peak being about 3.0 amperes above the standard machine and cutting-in only 100 rpm higher. The output at high speeds however is still only 1 1/2 amperes higher. The fall is more rapid after the peak than in either the standard or high output machine. This might perhaps be attributed to improvement in the magnetic circuit. Signed (Cook) This Sheet must be filed on completion of the work. | ||
