S/W Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} Y4086 C9/C24.2.22. Re Bodies for Goshawk. Y4086 X3730 I confirm the telegram sent you today in regard to the three bodies for the Goshawk cars. As you know, there are the three bodies:- 1. Gwynne type, at Mulliners. 2. Open body which we ordered recently. 3. Maythorn enclosed-interior-drive Limousine, which we ordered recently. The latter two bodies were ordered on the condition that they were ready for you by the 25th and 20th March respectively, but in order that the Coachbuilders may carry this out they advise us it is necessary for them to have the chassis by the 1st March. I wrote you to this effect, and telegraphed you asking what prospects there are. I shall be glad if you will please let me know. C. | ||
