To HPS.{Horace Percy Smith - Experimental Factory Mgr} from Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Std. c. Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Wym.{G. Harold Whyman - Experimental Manager} y 6009 Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Std.1/MH.{M. Huckerby}31.12.37. 26.G.VI RADIATOR. As instructed in the final list of features compiled by Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Gry.{Shadwell Grylls}, in order to avoid delaying the car we wish you to fit inlet nozzle EW.1552 to the radiator. However, we want you to produce a revised inlet nozzle to EXS. 349 as soon as possible. If this can be completed before 26.G.VI finally leaves for France we shall fit it in place of the EW.1552 nozzle. Will you please take particular care to see that the radiator shutters are as free as it is possible to make them, and correctly set and adjusted without slack. Also will you please have the calorstat checked by production before fitting same. Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Std. | ||
