RE STEERING WOBBLES.
To confirm conversation with you the other day to the effect that you will take up this question further with Mr Royce as I do not definitely understand whether it is the fact that to overcome unbalanced tyres I can fit temporary balance weights under the tyre bolts.
The matter appears to me to be quite plain in my sheet referred to by Mr Royce.
