WRAITH BUMPER CHASSIS.

We have had to stop running on the above chassis as 3 out of the 5 studs securing the main spring housing to the front pan have broken. We note that this pan has only 5 stud fixing whereas the latest pan as fitted on 20.G.Vl.{V. Lewis / Mr Valentine} for France has 6 studs.

We have also had 2 failures of the 1/4 diameter bolts securing the front engine mounting brackets to the frame. This is only a temporary scheme and will not be used with the six production chassis having 4 bolt fixing for the front suspension housings to the frame, where the front engine mounting brackets are held by two out of the four .500" diameter bolts.

We should therefore like to hand this chassis to you immediately so that the 4 bolt front suspensions housings and final front engine mounting brackets can be fitted.
