1021 Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/EAG.4/ET. 31st October, 1940. H.G. MILES Esq., Empire Rubber Company, DUNSTABLE, Beds. Dear Mr. Miles, Thank you for your letter of the 30th instant (ref. HGM/JC) and also for the samples and catalogue which we received a few days ago and for your offer of help on any problems which we may have. I shall undoubtedly be glad to take advantage of your offer later on. I gather from your letter that you are busy, but I should like to know that, should we require any experimental sections of rubber that are likely to be wanted later on, you would be in a position to run a short length for us. At the present moment I have in mind a section that will act as a seal round all doors. No dimension drawing has yet been made. I have only made a rough sketch of what I think would be suitable. With kind regards, Yours sincerely, | ||
