BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} Possibly Mr. Royce might like to read this booklet. I think he would rather smile at Mr. Midgley claiming the foremost authority on automobile electrical equipment.
(M.{Mr Moon / Mr Moore} Midgley)

[Typed body]
Herewith a booklet to hand from Mr.Midgley descriptive of the Midgley Scholey system of lighting, which may be of interest to you. You will recollect Mr. Midgley was previously Chief Engineer to the C.A.V.Co. Seeing we are already committed to the Rolls-Royce system for the Goshawk, presumably no useful purpose would be served by carrying this matter further. I am only sending you the booklet as a matter of interest.
