We hope to forward you in the course of a few days a quantity of theabove, both ordinary and water proof types, for the extended test as per Mr Royce's instructions. We attach herewith copy of a letter received from the makers dated 3/2/14 in respect of the plugs they are forwarding. p. I think we should insist on plugs similar to those we have experimented with.
