We hope to forward you in the course of a few days a quantity of theabove, both ordinary and water proof types, for the extended test as per Mr Royce's instructions.
We attach herewith copy of a letter received from the makers dated 3/2/14 in respect of the plugs they are forwarding.

This is what I should anticipate from the Lodge people they alter or bring out a new plug about every week. I think we should insist on plugs similar to those we have experimented with. We might ask the Lodge people why the two pointed plug is better than the three for slow running also if less number of points are an advantage why not have a single spark.
