SpectreCodename for Phantom III Clutch.

N. Sch.4514 herewith shows a stiffened flywheel cover and modified operating levers for the clutch.

The levers should not now fly out even when the clutch is fully worn, neither should they diminish the effective clutch spring load unduly when in the normal position.

These features are required for the next 8 SpectreCodename for Phantom III chassis and are, therefore, urgent.

N.Sch.4514 herewith.
