To Sft{Mr Swift}: Y1775 Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}24/KW.21.9.34. The Buffing and Sand-Blasting shops both have openings which run into the passage leading to the Experimental shop. People can walk out of these openings without any warning; it is not even necessary to open a door. The Electrical Dept. is slightly better because they have to open a door before they can get into the roadway. I feel convinced that unless directly something is done to prevent people walking out of these openings we shall shortly have an accident through somebody stepping under an experimental car.
