| (2) do not actually add more than about .2. The arrangement shown in diagram "E" is not practical as the exhausts and inlets interfere with each other, and cannot be properly cooled. All the arrangements, "E", "F" and "G" where the exhaust ports pass between the push rods demand offset rocker arms, but there is sufficient room between the cylinder studs now for this purpose without any increase in the spacing.
