We are very anxious to have a malleable iron steering box on 22-G-IV so that we can standardise it on 25/30 HP. Will you please build up a new steering gear for 22-C-V to thefollowing specification :- (1) Malleable iron steering boxes. (2) Ball bearing type roller follower, with bearings finished by Ransome & Marles. We will supply this part complete with inner races and distance piece. Otherwise to standard LOP. The gear should be sent out to France as soon as it is finished to be fitted by C.W.H. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/F.J.Hardy. | ||
