Revised Rebound Buffer on Front Suspension
Phantom III (NS.{Norman Scott}4957).

In view of the fact that the above scheme is
required urgently for production it will be necessary to
secure the rubber to the metal part in a similar manner as
at present.

Although it appears that the best rubber
to metal adhesion can be made on to sheet metal, we have
not tested buffers of this type produced in England.

In this case it would mean a change in process
and manufacture in order to adhere the buffer to sheet metal.
