Dear Mr. Robotham:-

Confirming our conversation relative to equipment for the manufacture of our core stock in the .25 x .40 constant there follows a suggested line up with approximate costs:-

A.{Mr Adams} Center Machine capable of running stock in 2-1/8", 2-1/2", 3" and 3-1/4". Approx. cost - $4000.00

B. Tube Machine to run one of the above sizes. Approx. cost - $3000.00

C. Extra set of Rolls for tube machine to run one other size tube stock. Approx. cost - $1250.00

D.{John DeLooze - Company Secretary} Five Hand Folders with extra fingers to accomodate two sizes of core stock. Approx. cost - $ 875.00

Total $9125.00

The above approximate prices would be F.O.B. Lockport, New York and crating for export extra. These figures do not include technical assistance other than that involved in the manufacture of the equipment.

The equipment listed above would take care of stock for 300 cores per day (folders are the limiting factor), but does not include dip frames, solder pots, etc. which, I understand, you would furnish yourselves.
