On the 14th of January 1934, S.Smith & Sons (M.A.) Ltd. were instructed as per our official order No.76429 to supply one tin of "Jackall" Hydraulic Jack Fluid.

Smiths have charged us with two tins of Fluid one of which they say was left here by their mechanic on the 11th January, whilst the other was sent by Goods Train on the 28th January.

Kindly say if we may pay for two tins, and if you have received two will you kindly give instructions to Mt. to book in the tin which was brought by their man.

[Handwritten]
Two tins of fluid supplied G/Cam. JSH. as above. Please book in the tin left by Smiths man.
