I have pleasure in enclosing a proof of a paper by Mr. A.{Mr Adams} Healey, B.Sc., entitled "Some Problems Relating to the Manufacture and Use of Rubber Tyres", and in inviting you to take part in the discussion on the same at a general meeting of the Institution, to be held here on Tuesday, 4th May, at 7.30 p.m.
