Please receive herewith blue prints of the
following new drawings, detailed in accordance
with memo' Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Swdl.{Len H. Swindell}5/AP.15.10.37.

E.89215 Valve Seat - Inlet replaces E.88170.
E.89216 " " - Exhaust " E.88171.

Will you please instruct as required.

For all other parts refer to LOP. E.88786.

The object of this experiment is to test
the behaviour of seats in S/SLV material, with a
view to preventing the seats from becoming loose.

It should be noted that the slots to lock
the inlet valve seat is eliminated and no form
of locking is provided.

This completes instructions for the above.
