You will recall during the visit of Mr. Blackith on 10th November it was agreed you should test these for hardness in the "as cast" condition, then after 12 hours heat treatment at 180°C and again after a second heat treatment of 12 hours at 180°C, when we can compare your figures with those obtained at our Works, on bearings cast at the same time.
