| STAINLESS ALUMINIUM In addition to an attractive appearance and durability, a new finish must not be expensive. Dialumin has become known as the economical and efficient process for producing a hard “Satin-Silver” finish on aluminium. For the past two years it has been tested under the most severe conditions. Staircase hand-rails in public buildings have shown no signs of wear after eighteen months. Anodising is a general term used to describe the formation of an oxide “coat” on aluminium by electrolytic methods.
