Bentley Publicity.
Thank you for your Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD}IO/KW31.12.40.
I am sorry if my previous memo did not make it clear that Mr. Boddy was actually having the London Trials B V.{VIENNA} over the past week-end, i.e. 28th/29th December. The run has now taken place, and the car has been returned to us. This being so, it will not now be possible to make use of Lp{Mr Lappin}'s Bentley for the purpose.
I will arrange for Lp.{Mr Lappin} to take over the London B. V.{VIENNA} to enable him to bring it up to Derby sometime during the coming week, for the Experimental people to go over.
I have to-day forwarded to Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} direct a letter
p.t.o.
