WST Please see me GRY{Shadwell Grylls} re PHANTOM III CHASSIS NO. 3.AZ-120. Colonel Margesson. -------------------------- The following is an extract from a letter received from the above Owner:- "My Phantom III Rolls-Royce has just let me down. I write to let you know. I had intended to go out to keep an appointment, but the car refused to start, and I had to take the other, the appointment was kept. Water appears to have got into the ballast resistances, and to have shorted them. I got new ballast resistances and the car now functions perfectly. Rain or washing or both may have done it. Water appears to have entered the division in the top of the bonnet." Will you please let us know if you have heard of this trouble before and whether there is anything which can be done to prevent a recurrence.
