RE FUSES.

The fuse which is my opinion remedies EP {G. Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer} 's complaint is the nut and bolt arrangement although I consider it has three disadvantages in comparison with the present standard, namely:-

(1). A spanner is required instead of a screw driver.

(2) It looks more clumsy.

(3) Takes more time to change a fuse.

The fuse which looks the neatest is the slot and screw type. This has a disadvantage owing to the fact that when the screws are tightened upon the wire it tends to fracture (it fractured on the fuse I refilled).

The present type pulls the wire taut when the screws are tightened, as per EP {G. Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer} 's complaint.
