Dear Sirs,

We are despatching to you to-night per passenger train 1. Phantom Petrol Tank, and we wish you to fit a new Petrol Tank unit, also to supply and calibrate a Phantom type petrol gauge to suit.

This is very urgent and we shall be very obliged if you will return the Petrol Tank per passenger train as soon as you have completed your tests.
