BENTLEY AXLE NOISE TEST.

This is to confirm that we haveasked you to do the following work on B.56.BN.{W.O. Bentley / Mr Barrington} and B.23.AE. pinion units.

B.56.BN.{W.O. Bentley / Mr Barrington}

1) Remove 0.005" preloaded bearing and fit old type bearing with zero preload and 0.002 nip.
2) Refit 0.005" preload bearing.
3) Refit old type bearing with nip washer 0.002" slack.
4) Refit 0.005" preload bearing.

B.23.AE.

1) Remove 0.005" preload bearing and fit old type slack bearing with 0.002" slack nip washer.
