-2- Ha/Gib.1/WJ.11.2.33. Cont'd.{John DeLooze - Company Secretary} 10 lbs. (62 to 52), but gradually recovered and was normal again within three minutes. This was due to the high viscosity of the oil at low temperatures resulting in a sluggish flow in the pipe lines. This pressure drop is a function of temperature. The figure of 10 lbs. drop was the worst case experienced when the air temperature was -4°C. When the air temperature was +5 the drop only amounted to 4 lbs/sq.in. The engine continues to give full power and shows no sign of distress when opened up quickly from cold from the carburation point of view. Ha/T.A.Gibson. | ||
