Rolls-Royce Ltd., Experimental Department, DERBY. Dear Sirs, We are obliged by receipt of your esteemed communication of the 7th instant, in regard to your purchase of one of our motor cycle engines. The writer had intended seeing you, but owing to our Tourist Trophy Race activities has been prevented from doing so and will not now be able to see you until some time during the week commencing the 18th. If you are, therefore, anxious to get the question of an engine settled prior to this, we shall be quite pleased to discuss the matter with you here if you would be good enough to give us a day's notice of when you intend coming along.
