THE RUSTNOT CO. BALMORAL CHAMBERS, 73, BRIDGE STREET, MANCHESTER. X.753. ELECTRILAC. X1109. (Pink in colour) A special Varnish that has many qualities every, valuable to the Manufacturer, Repairer, or user of electrical apparatus. It may be used for Impregnating, Dipping, or may be applied with a brush. ELECTRILAC. is Water proof, Oil proof, Grease proof, Acid proof, and after treatment, is not in-flamable. It has been subjected to fuming Nitric Acid for days at a time without any perceptible effect on its insulating qualities. After treatment under a temperature of 220-230º Fahr. for half an hour, the chemical properties of ELECTRILAC undergo a great charge. It then becomes insoluable in any known solvent and will standa very high heat without affecting its insulating propeerties. Repeated test of the Varnish, and films made from it, have shown a very high electrical resistance - much in excess of ordinary insulating varnish. ELECTRILCA will, we believe, be highly appreciated by every Tramway and Marine Engineer, also by all Electrical Engineers who have in their charge motors or Magnets subjected to excessive loads, high temperatures, Acid fumes, Moist temperatures, or are working under other bad condition. Send for a trial quantity and you will be well satisfied with the results. Yours truly, THE RUSTNOT CO. We also supply all ordinary insulating varnishes and compounds. | ||
