To Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Wym.{G. Harold Whyman - Experimental Manager} from Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}

Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}9/ET.28.5.41.

Will you please let me have a report on the running we
have so far done on the Studebaker, Vauxhall, Morris and Austin.

As a confirmation of the poor quality of the Vauxhall,
you should include in your report the failures that have occurred on my
car.

The report should be as brief as possible, but should
contain the maximum number of facts.

Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}
