X4240 Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} from BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} Wcr. BY5-P27.7.22. GOSHAWK 11. RADIATOR. Referring to the latest LeC, of the radiator equipped with shutters, I had not instructed this for production in view of the decreased cooling surface. We are still going ahead with the original radiator only. In the meantime I have actually written to E, pointing out that we require a design for shutters which can be applied to the existing radiator which we are producing and using until the new one has been tested out.
