Dear Sirs,

As a result of our telephone conversation this afternoon on the subject of VG.91 liners which you have not received, we find that these were despatched to you by Passenger train on the 28th January.

We trust this information will enable you to find the missing liners, but in case you do not succeed we are proceeding immediately with the manufacture of others and will forward these on receipt of your news.
