RE. PHANTOM III

We have now finally tested the first complete production Phantom III. This is Windover's Trials car with Limousine type of body with dropping division by Windovers.

Generally the car is very good, and on the road is very quiet, particularly from the tyre noise point of view.

The worst feature on the car is the clutch. After using the car in London traffic for a short time the clutch is inclined to "judder" rather badly, unless used very carefully.

We have completed all the modifications on this car that is intended we should do prior to delivery.

T.C.-.-.-. The car complete ready for the road weighs 2.11.2.0.

It is hoped that the car will be put into service early next week by Windovers.
