X 3915 STARTER SWITCH - LEC NO. 1517. In reply to your Hy{Tom Haldenby - Plant Engineer}18/P20.2.22., would you kindly note that the question of stopping the two terminals at the bottom of the switch from rotating relatively to one another and the chassis has been considered, and Mr. Royce finally decided to make no provision for this on account of the complication that would be brought about by not only having to stop the terminals, but also having to provide features on the insulation and brush carriers within the switch, to prevent these latter from turning also.
