(10) BACK AXLE AND BRAKES. - It is understood that some parts have been removed from the back axle, such as distance tubes etc. to reduce weight, and that the experimental cars are running about in this modified form. It is further understood that aluminium alloy will be used for the foot brakes shoes, but not for the shoes on the hand lever brake. | ||
