Dear Ward,

10.B.V. COUPE SCUTTLE SHAKE.

We shall be sending you in the immediate future a full report on our Experimental efforts to eliminate scuttle shake on 10.B.V.

We had hoped to include in the original report the experiments which you carried out at Park Wards but found it difficult to do this satisfactorily with the information you supplied.

I feel that if we are to get the maximum value out of the experiments which are made at Park Ward's you should make a practice of making a complete report on each of these experiments, as soon as a car has left your Factory.

We find that photographs in addition to drawings are most informative and, of course, in any case where a modification is submitted as being a potential improvement suitable for production, weights should be appended.

Such a report would help us to test the modification intelligently.

Yours sincerely,
