Dunlop Rubber Co.Ltd.
Dunlop Detachable Wire Wheels with Wellbase Rims.

With mine Wd {Mr Wood / Mr Whitehead} 3/NJ1.10.25 I sent By, Hs {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} , & Ms. extract from a letter received from the Dunlop Co., Chassis Makers' Division, also copy of a schedule giving certain particulars of the so-called New High Pressure Wired-on Tyres for use on Well-base Rims, and with mine Wd {Mr Wood / Mr Whitehead} 9/NJ28.5.26 I sent By, EP. {G. Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer} & Mx. {John H Maddocks - Chief Proving Officer} a copy of said schedule.

The Dunlop Co. have now informed us that the schedule referred to is incorrectly worded, inasmuch as it refers to High Pressure Wired Type Tyres. Please note these tyres should be referred to as:-

MEDIUM PRESSURE TYRES

and the correct description is:-

DUNLOP CORD EXTRA HEAVY WIRED ON TYPE TYRES TRACTION TREAD

Please take good note of this correction.
