Your Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}4/LG27.5.25. If you refer back to my original memo on this subject you will find that the matter arose from a "Complaint" received from Col. C. Gerard, Chassis 41-TM.

We now have a further letter of "Complaint" from this owner, to which we have had to reply that you are carrying out experiments with a view to overcoming the trouble, and we shall be glad if you can now let us know what your recommendations are, so that N. may apply them to this car. The matter is somewhat urgent, and we should be very glad of your suggestions.
