If you refer back to my original memo on this subject you will find that the matter arose from a "Complaint" received from Col. C. Gerard, Chassis 41-TM. We now have a further letter of "Complaint" from this owner, to which we have had to reply that you are carrying out experiments with a view to overcoming the trouble, and we shall be glad if you can now let us know what your recommendations are, so that N. may apply them to this car.
