X677 Motor Car Licenses. F.H.H.H. Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} D/L1/B.1.8.21. In regard to the licenses on motor cars belonging to the Company, if the written entries or date stamp impressions have become illegible these should be exchanged for new ones. If the illegibility is due to sunlight or air no charge is made for renewal, but if due to other causes a fee of 5/- is payable. If any cars under your control require new licenses, will you kindly send us the particulars indicated on the attached form, and we will obtain them, and when obtained and received by you, the old licenses should then be returned to us so that they may be forwarded to the Council Authorities.
