Engine in SpectreCodename for Phantom III Chassis with separate Gearbox. The dash can be moved forward 4½". At present the distance between dash and rear axle is 7" less on the 25 HP. than on SpectreCodename for Phantom III. This gives us 11½" which can either be cut off the frame or utilised to bring the rear passengers within the wheelbase. The SpectreCodename for Phantom III track is 5" more than the 25 HP.
