PHANTOM SPRINGING.

In reply to your memo' Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}1/LG22.1.26, stating that you estimate that the correct Rear Springs for the Experimental Car in question, are:-

2000 lbs.
2150 lbs.

Kindly note we have been carefully into this matter and find that these are quite correct according to the present method of Springing Phantom Cars.
