Dear Sirs,

By various structural alterations we are now getting a much better life from the suspension bushes FB.3143/4. At the moment we have had the best results with the bushes having rolled over outer sleeves. Will you please, therefore, produce for us 24 more of each of the two bushes, marking with an arrow on each the best direction for end load. The necessary covering order will be issued for the 48 bushes.

We should also be interested to know if you could indicate the better direction for end load on some existing bushes. That is, if you can identify from a completed bush the direction of assembly.

Yours faithfully,

for ROLLS-ROYCE LTD.
